Director's Statement

Hwang Sung Hee: My child, Buddle is 22 and he has downs syndrome and is disabled. I realized that there was very little I had done for my own child when I saw how proactive my disabled friends were in demanding the Right to mobility. Thus, I began to question my role as child's protector and I questioned my self on whether I had widened the world for my child. I wanted to portray "other audiences" this ordinary child who seems "special" to others, and what parents like myself were doing make the world a better place for our children.
